Our commitment to quality extends well beyond the sale.
Cabin frame, panels, and timber construction are covered for a full three years.
Heaters, generators, control units, and electrical components are covered by a 3-year warranty, excluding heating elements and consumable parts.
Spare parts available for up to 10 years after production stops. Remote technical support is always available.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item to us in its intact original packaging. This right applies exclusively to consumer customers. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Exceptions:
Timber and timber products, doors, sauna or steam room cabins, and more generally any order shipped on a pallet, cannot be exchanged or refunded: these products are custom-made. The same applies to spare parts.
Delivery Inspection: Always check your parcels before signing the delivery note, and report any damage within 24 hours. Damage not reported within this timeframe may not be covered.
